During a June 8 meeting, Southeastern Service Center Council Chair Gerald Gandolfo, CTA Board Member Tyrone Cabell, and local presidents begin the discussion of how best to implement CTA’s ambitious State of Emergency Phase 2 action plan in their own area of operations. The Service Center Council includes Chapters in the legislative districts of about a dozen lawmakers.
